Months before a brutal massacre in a Bogotá restaurant, two outsiders meet over some missing library books, and discover a joint interest in crime.

The two unlikely friends form a crime club together. León needs Jeremías' help in solving a mystery, and is accused of suspicious activity of his own.

León misses a lecture and attends an eventful party. In the days after the massacre, both he and Indira do some digging into the closed case.

Jeremías and León take a fateful hike in the mountains. Weeks later, police arrive at the student's door, requiring quick thinking from Indira.

After the horror of his hike, León continues to spiral. Jeremías' mother wants to celebrate a promotion, but her well-planned dinner ends in disaster.
