Mike and Fran clinch a deal to feature webcasts on the site, but funding is needed and Mike and Luce are concerned that Yvonne is not delivering. Will has a solution, but there's a catch.

Mike may have cleansed his conscience by denouncing the sponsorship deal on the site but it leaves Luce horrified. Nevertheless, she agrees to support her husband against a dumbfounded Will and an apologetic Yvonne.

Guilty consciences are rife in the Seethru offices and the emotional gap between Mike and Luce widens. Yvonne, seeing this as an opportunity for office gossip, chooses the wrong ally in Will and inadvertently pushes him closer to Luce.

Fran decides to sort things out with Mike so, putting her own feelings aside, she suggests to him that pulling the business round might also get his marriage back on track.
