Mick helps Rosemary and Julian with their cluttered and chaotic home in Northamptonshire. Professional motorbike cleaner Dave, from Surrey, spends up to three hours a day keeping his one bedroom flat immaculate. Straight lines are very important to Dave, so he straightens his towels and curtains regularly. Dave meets hoarder Les, who lives with a mountain of car boot purchases and junk in the West Midlands. And Hayley and the team clean some microwaves.

Maxine meets retired librarian Dianne, who lives in a house in Norwich which she hasn't cleaned in three years. Dianne's kitchen is so bad, she eats breakfast in a cafe opposite.
