Emilian tasks his team with going to the extreme to thwart Captain's business efforts. Meanwhile, Paganel and Relu take command of a border-crossing operation as Teddy and Magda grapple with some trying circumstances.

After Nicu receives an ultimatum from his foreign partners Sabin devises a foolish scheme that risks compromising Nicu's affairs. Gina settles into her new house and Sebastian tries to get closer to Chuckie unaware that the teenager is playing him. Relu finds out the real nature of the relationship between Gina and the owner of the apartment into which she just moved.

Though Paganel holds his own in front of Emilian his wife threatens to unravel Relu's plan. Nicu gives Teddy an opportunity at his club that comes with obligations. Gina grows frustrated by her relationship with Sebastian who discovers he has bigger problems when he's cornered in his own office by Emilian.

While Relu and Gina’s marriage has fallen apart, Magda and Teddy’s union has shaken up the pecking order within the Captain’s gang, making Relu a hot commodity at the couple’s extravagant wedding festivities. But when the newlyweds take off for their honeymoon, unexpected consequences loom.

With both of their families reeling after the devastating accident, the Captain and Relu agree to work together to stay one step ahead of the police and seek justice on their own terms. Meanwhile, Toma pays a visit to a dirty government agent, Sabin barters for his freedom, and a familiar face returns.

Relu uses unorthodox methods to extract a vital piece of information from Geamanu’ that brings him closer to avenging his daughter. A distraught Teddy gets involved in Relu’s revenge, bringing him deeper into the fold of the violent underground world than ever before. After a humiliating incident at a hotel, a crooked cop starts asking questions about the Captain’s enterprise.

Relu’s quest for revenge culminates in a remorseless confrontation with Toma. The unscrupulous Emilian becomes obsessed with the Captain’s case. Gina, now divorced, struggles to control her misbehaving son while her boss, Sebastian, takes a special interest in her. Teddy and Magda drift further apart.

In the wake of Toma’s disappearance, the Captain, fearing that his business affairs have been compromised, demands answers from Relu, who plays his cards close to the chest. Lacking guidance from his parents, Chuckie gets in trouble with the police. Emilian is determined to put the Captain and his people behind bars for good and Nico is prepared to do anything to save herself.

After yet another traumatizing ordeal, Teddy and Magda have a heart-to-heart. Puiu pursues revenge on his own terms. Power-hungry and unhinged, Emilian uncovers inside information that helps him close in on Relu and the Captain, who have a massive criminal endeavor underway. Seemingly with no way out, Relu’s world is on the brink of collapse.

When a routine job goes awry, Relu – a taxi driver who makes his real living as a debt collector for local mafia boss the Captain – is brought even deeper into a dangerous underground business that forces him to live a double life and keep secrets from his family.

When Nico, the Captain’s right-hand woman, sends Relu to recover a group of prostitutes who have been kidnapped on the boss’ watch, Relu is forced to take Teddy along for the ride. While the Captain’s son proves to be more helpful than Relu anticipated, his company poses a great risk. Meanwhile, Relu’s wife Gina gets to know their neighbor, Codrin.

The Captain arranges a meeting to plot a major operation with Toma, who may be the only man in Bucharest he fears. After Relu fails to collect a debt from a slippery doctor, Nico gives him a second chance and sends Sabin to ensure they finish the job. Along the way, Relu warns Teddy to stay away from his daughter Magda.

A suspicious Gina follows Relu on his way to work. Later, Relu must intervene when Tănase, a crooked cop on the Captain’s payroll, arranges a meeting to deal arms to a Turkish gang, and Gina finds out what her husband really does for a living.

Relu hits rock-bottom when Gina kicks him out of the house. Following the Captain’s foreboding orders, a down-and-out Relu pays a high-stakes visit to a senator in Constanța. Meanwhile, Teddy and Puiu scour the streets for the elusive doctor after he threatens Gina.

In the wake of a botched job, the Captain looks for a scapegoat, and Relu attempts to retire from crime. Back at home, Gina considers giving Relu a second chance after he takes charge during a disciplinary meeting at Chuckie’s school. Puiu pulls a disappearing act that threatens the safety of the entire Oncescu family.

Puiu’s stunt lands him on the Captain’s blacklist, leaving Relu with a near-impossible task: return the stolen cash and produce the thief, or his wife and children will pay the price. With Nico’s help, Relu plots a dangerous heist to settle the score with the Captain.

After striking a deal with Toma, Relu makes arrangements to send his family to the countryside and cut ties with the Captain for good – but a surprise announcement from Magda and Teddy puts a wrench in his plans. Season finale.
