Alice finds out that she is cancer-free after the operation but barely has time to get the news before she is dumped by Matt. Alice realizes that now, without income and accommodation, she has to move home from London with her tail between her legs. Once home in the suburbs among troublesome parents, old bullies who don't even remember her and her best friend Shantana who has got a girlfriend, Alice understands that she must quickly get her life in order. Get a job, an apartment and find the meaning of life.

Alice goes on her first return visit to Sweden to get another Pap smear. Is this how the rest of her life should be? Constantly worrying about relapse and nervously waiting for test results six weeks at a time? Shantana tries to get her to think positively and focus on finding a new job instead. At the job interview, she is forced to explain what her work experience actually is. Was her life in London as glamorous as she tried to make it seem?

Alice wants to show Matt that she has moved on too. But her body has changed after the disease and her mother's advice on how to deal with age-related issues doesn't make it any better. Before Alice can even think about dating again, she has to find out if her punani is working. Shantana comes to the rescue to help Alice get her act together and Mehmet proves to be able to relate to what it's like to be short. Maria joins the gynaecological cancer group and learns that gynaecological cancer is not as common as other types of cancer.

After the failed attempt at sex, Alice turns to the internet, both to find the next potential hookup and to find others who have had similar problems. After a crisis at work, Alice accompanies Mehmet on an apartment tour and realizes that both he and Shantana are much more driven in life than she is. What is Alice's goal?

Alice is forced to introspect. Others seem to become better people after their cancer, but Alice has only become worse. Shantana tries to help but it ends in a fight and when Maria posts an ugly picture of her on the gynaecology group's account, she feels she has reached rock bottom. Bakos cannot relate to Alice's thoughts about the meaninglessness of life, but Jeans-Jonas tries to make them realize the greatness of metal. After a near-death experience, Alice realizes that something positive can perhaps come out of a disaster.

Alice feels that everything is about to turn around with Adam, maybe good things can happen after all? But Bakos makes Alice start to doubt. Mehmet has started to behave strangely and is nervous about a meeting with his big idol Roy Fares. Maria confronts vaccine opponents in a "live" that goes off the rails. The gang gets to meet Adam and even Shantana thinks he's okay for being a dude. But is everything really as good as it seems?

After the incident with Adam, Alice begins to see a clear pattern in their relationship and the evidence for her thesis grows. But does she dare to confront him? Shantana arranges hip hop karaoke and Alice realizes that she must also dare to find the meaning of life and make a commitment. At the same time, a TV channel has heard from Alice after her performance in the gynaecological cancer group's live show and wants to interview her. Will she become the face of gynaecological cancer? Little brother comes with big news and Maria and Josef take their relationship to the next level.

Alice is going to be interviewed and become the Greta of gynaecological cancer with the entire Swedish people. While the clock is steadily ticking down towards the arrival of the film crew, absolutely nothing goes as planned. Shantana confronts Alice about her secret smoking, Bakos seems to be trying to psych her out, and Mehmet still hasn't answered her text messages. Alice's gut feeling tells her that everything is going to go to hell, and it really seems like nothing ever goes as planned. Can Alice learn to live with it?
